When she is done, she will purchase the paper that feels will make her kitchen shine and prove to everyone that she is a genius decorator. Hopefully, she'll purchase more than she needs, which is important with wall paper because each lot is slightly different in color and pattern size. She can return what she doesn't use, provided she does so quickly, and all her paper will match. Spying a thrift store on the way home, she stops to see if there are any curtains that will match the paper and other apple decorations in her kitchen. When she finds just the right color, she makes the discounted purchase and hurries home to show and tell her hubby what a great job she has done.



Her husband is quite pleased that he has married such a wonderul woman who can turn a cold and dreary house into an inviting, warm and cozy haven from the outside world. He's got some paint in the basement and knows just where it should go to complete a picture perfect kitchen.



That night, they watch TV until late, and then go to bed, dreaming about their new kitchen. The following morning, hubby is up bright and early to start the new decorating, but finds himself alone to do the work. Baby has tired herself out from doing so much shopping and so much mental work that she is too tired to help, and she has decided to sleep in. Hubby spends the morning painting, wallpapering, and performing all other manner of creating a new apple theme kitchen. He doesn't mind, for when she awakes, she'll reward him with a big breakfast and give him a lusciously big kiss.
